Airtel Launches 4G LTE in Karnal & Yamunanagar

Airtel is very aggressive in launching the 4G LTE services in past few days they have launched 4G services to many cities in India. Today they launched the services in Karnal and Yamunanagar in Haryana, last week they launched the same in Ambala too. In these cities users will be using the 4G services via 4G data cards & WiFi Routers, and yes Mobile Phones too.
The Wi-Fi CPEs costs for INT 2500 and comes with many affordable 4G plans which includes the largest plan of INR 995 which includes 10 GB of 4G data. Announcing the launch, Manu Sood, Hub CEO – Upper North, Bharti Airtel (India) said,

Airtel soon to launch 4G in Delhi

Airtel is launching its 4G services in major cities in India, now its New Delhi to get 4G, they will be making the 4G network live later this week, and if you have 4G compatible phone which is compatible with 2300 MHz TDD-LTE band then you will be able to use the 4G services on their handhelds.

Band 40 will be live in Delhi in just a few days from today(15/06/2015), latly Airtel launched the 4G in Chennai, Hyderabad and Vishakapatnam, which is based on FDD-LTE which is 1800 MHz Band 3 while in Mumbai it will be based on 2300 MHz which will be same as the bands in Delhi. Airtel also offers TDD-LTE services in Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Amritsar and Haryana.

Airtel starts 4G trial in Chennai from Today

Airtel is one of the best Telecom operators in India, and 4G is the next Gen of Wireless technology that India is getting ready for, Airtel from today started the 4G services in Chennai, that is May 14, and they also said that later this month Airtel will be launching the 4G services in Mumbai and Hyderabad too.
Airtel invited select peoples from press to test out their 1800 MHz 4G services, that all other people will soon be getting who have the compatible phone and the compatible service plan.

According to a PTI report that came out on Thursday,

“The company’s network to launch FDD LTE (4G) in Hyderabad is also ready. The trial for the same is expected to start this month. In Mumbai, the company will provide TDD LTE (4G) in 2300MHz band. The trial for Mumbai 4G services is also planned for this month.”

Airtel launches 4G services in Moga Punjab

Airtel is looking to move forward the other telecom service providers by providing the fastest services to all its consumers, Airtel today launched the 4G services in Moga, Punjab. In Punjab now along with Moga, other cities which have the 4G services are as follows:

• Chandigarh
• Mohali
• Panchkula
• Ludhiana
• Jalandhar
• Amritsar
• Hoshiarpur
• Phagwara
• Kapurthala 
• Patiala.

Announcing the launch of the services, Airtel CEO for Punjab, Haryana and HP, Manu Sood, said customers can now experience an all new browsing experience with Airtel's 4G home Wi-Fi.

Flush with an investment outlay of $3 billion (approximately Rs. 1.87 lakh crores) a year on networks, telecom major Bharti Airtel plans to double its 4G network by next fiscal as it gears up to take on competition, including the much-awaited foray of Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries group.

Bharti Airtel Chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal said during MWC,

"We have decided to roll out (4G). We have 20,000 base stations now, in March, and we will be doing another 20,000 next year,"

Mittal said funds would not be a constraint for the company's expansion plans as it is spending $3 billion every year on networks alone, excluding spectrum, and its 2G and 3G rollouts are among the most expensive in the country
